Ethereal is the word that comes to mind - such delicate use of soft light. It's pretty damned good!

Howdy, Bob. Glad to meet you. Welcome to the Group. [I'm a little behind in welcoming you. Forgive me ] :-D

I took a quick look at some of your posts. Very impressive. Keep up the good work. :-D :-D

Wonderful image that could tell many tales. Your narrative quotes give it much more to see. I look for Catherine's ghost on the moors.

Hey, carlysue. No ghost of Catherine. Just the ghosts of Cynthia and Quannah Parker and the Comanches that roamed this area.

Thanks for taking the time to look and comment. I appreciate the kind words.

Wow! What a nice shot. By the title, I had that old song running through my head so I figured it was going to be a super moon shot of the moon hanging from a black sky so I was not prepared for what I saw. The moon paired with the landscape was awesome. It has an air of mystery about it. There is a story out there somewhere that needs to be paired with your shot. I am a newby, so not an expert, but I know what I like and I loved your shot. Thanks.

Excellent shot! Also a good, nostalgic title mentioned, thanks.
