Welcome to Day 48:) Today we are going to take a look at Urban Decay. Also known as urban rot .. it's the process where a previously functioning city .. or part of a city falls into disrepair. It might include abandoned buildings, desolate landscape, or just some forgotten part of the city.
Including the visual, psychological and physical effects of living among empty lots, buildings and condemned houses.
We have seen the beauty .. now lets take a look at the seedier side of where we all live.
Here are a few examples to get us started.
an old livestock exchange building
an abandoned theatre downtown
exposed water main right next door to an elementary school
fence around the fox theatre downtown
a forgotten mural
1920s RailRoad Depot
another abandoned building downtown
condemned house
Guess I'll take the day off. Here were 2200 and now the town is up to ~25K, we ain't abandonning, we be building.
Unless you want more barns and sugar houses.....
WIll "rural decay" count?? Silly question I guess. I'll post a picture of me/
See you later. Off to my daughter's this AM.
Can't resist. Happy Friday everyone. I think this guy needs a little help from Tooth Maker.

Hey , I love your barns and sugar houses, but I guess we will have to wait for another day. Most of my days are spent in the country. Like Pat , I also have lots of "rural decay".
