I like the L120 it seems to be an excellent camera, I carry it with me all the time so I don't have to carry the bigger one. I would recommend it as a great starter camera.

That photo is actually the Tionesta Creek down around Kelletville, Pa. There are so many places to stop along the creek to get beautiful photo's.

Welcome Daphne! Nice images. Love the elk with his head turned looking at you. Been thru Kane many times. Thanks for letting us know about Benzetti. Looks like it has been a mild winter so far. Any recent photos?

Every month I go to Force, PA, and then to Benazette for a meal and some Elk spotting. There's an Elk museum there, too.
One day a friend and I happened to see some folks that lived there year-round doing some yard work. We chatted awhile and when the subject of Elk was brought up it was as bad as talking about politics or religion.
Apparently, PA state rules and regulations regarding these animals, and the intrusion of so many visitors has made their lifestyles somewhat awkward.
The Elk aren't native to the area; they were imported, years ago, from Colorado(?) by a railroad magnate who wanted them there.

That's a nice Elk shot, Daphne, and thanks for joining us.
I wish I could get a nice broadside shot of an Elk, but they all seem to think their tails are a gift to photographers.

Kane is about 90 to 100 miles North of Pittsburgh on Rt. 66. Not far from the Kinzue Dam, and South of Bradford where the Zippo lighter is made.

It sure is. They're in Elk county, Benazette being the town that often gets visited by many of them.
