Wind, heck a slight breeze, is very problematic once you start pushing 2X plus. Looks like the rust will be off in no time...

Nice acquisitions. I was wondering what camera body you use in conjunction with that lens.

Thanks I use both the Canon 5D Mk II & Mk III, these were with the Mk III.

Which do you like better Bob, the II or the III?

well for macro it really doesn't make that much of a difference, except the Mark II has crud on the sensor right now (keep meaning to do something about it), but for all other shooting I do (earning $ with it), the Mk III is my now my 'go to' camera.

You seem to do "rusty" very well. These look pretty good.

I sure hope someone like Sigma comes out with a MP-E 65 equivalent for Nikon before long.

ah thank you, it would seem they would have a real market for them if they did, not sure how many canon sells but if they were as good as canon and competitive who's to say, I do know the sigma 150mm macro is calling me...................I like the idea of more working distance for skittish critters

I have the same setup and your right it only takes a few days away from it to get rusty. Looks like you are dialing it in well. I resist using mine in the field but I love it in a studio.
