In order to successfully sue someone you must suffer an injury or loss. Exactly what has Congress lost in this case, other than their credibility?
dignity, respect... trust, some are just clinging to shreads of humanity (you get the idea)

This is a news report and it is how the Republicans during Bush years were sucked into the war. I'm not repeat not interested in getting into a debate over this but Ahmad Chalabi may soon go from persona non grata to prime minister. The man who took millions of dollars from the CIA to finance his unsuccessful political party and sold the Bush administration on the weapons-of-mass-destruction myth is being seriously considered to replace Iraq’s current prime minister, Nouri al-Maliki. Chalabi would fulfill fellow Shiites’ goal of getting Maliki and his party to step aside for another Shiite. Although his Iraqi National Congress never built a sustainable following, Chalabi may actually have a shot at Iraq’s top job. “Ahmad Chalabi is close to all the parties and is a good candidate,” said Nahida al-Daini, a leader with the Sunni Mutahidoon party. “But accepting him will also depend on internal and external approvals.”Interesting...Rich

Your garbage you put up is nuts, since when has any speaker of the house been able to create job's ? besides it is not Gov. function to create jobs, never has been. what it can create is a climate to encourage job creation and Dem's put a stop to that not Republicans. so put that in your pipe and smoke it, be sure to take your pot out of it first or maybe not.

So what is John Boenher suppose to do open a Walmart and start hiring like mad! Government only creates government jobs. They can only destroy private sector jobs.

Since you asked, there are thousands of highway and railway bridges in need of repair and/or replacement. Using $$ from the Federal Highway trust fund, this could put hundreds of thousands to work in good paying construction jobs.

There are thousands of miles of potholed roads that are in need of repair. Roads that no doubt, you drive on every day.

Millions of Americans are homeless, and cold benefit from low income housing construction.

This is just a small portion of what the Congress could do immediately with a jobs bill. BUT, that would mean working with the President no against him, which is something the Boner cannot do.

Yes and 100% true but don't tell that to the Reps like everything else the won't believe it. To them everything is the Dems fault. Remember when the bodies started to come home the Reps would't let the press there to report because they then new what a big mistake they made but I don't want to get into a debate about this because it is just useless....Rich
