In March we came to Pittsburgh to visit my son and new daughter-in-law. One day we dropped down to Washington and wander around the outside of the White House where we saw this fellow!!

That's a White House Guard. If any nut makes a run for the building, he takes care of it. His methods are somewhat grisly, but effective. There are some who say all the nuts are "inside" the White House ..... but that's not his department.
