Nice image. If I may offer a suggestion, try cropping out almost all of the right side up to the light house. Too much uninteresting space, and you have the main object right in the middle of the image.

Wonderful shot. I'm surprised it's not placed on higher ground. It must get a good pounding during storms at high tide.

Thank you very much. Yes, I would agree with you if it was only the lighthouse, but my main subject, if you will, is the lighthouse and the keeper's house which take up 2/3 of the image. I also wanted the space on the seaward side of the image as the rocks trailed into the sea.

Beautful. Great job. That's one light house I haven't been to in southern Maine. So thanks for showing it.
And to think of all those years I lived in Bidderford and Saco and never made it over there.

Ok, I've been to Bidderford Pool, never found it, but now I have maps and I have Earthmate Delorme's GPS receiver so there is no excuse, except that I am transplanted in Western PA, but we do get back home when we can.
But a good picture you have.
