Don't wanna be a killjoy, but what happened to the "The girly look of the bag isnt really that important...most likely wouldnt be all cutesy taking pics anyway..I do want want to keep price pretty low for now.." of only a few days ago?
Kelly Moore Hobo - $169 / Ephiphanie Lola - $165
Think I'm just gonna back gently out when women ask for suggestions !
Craggycrossers...if I get one of the above bags in will just make it more convenient to carry my camera wherever and whenever I want...without having to have an extra bag or case..i have a hard case and a small backpack already...dont feel like we dont want your opinion..
And I have found a couple for about $80-$110...
My opinion- I like the one on the bottom the best... probably a go anywhere, anytime bag. The mustard one would be my next favorite. The one at the top looks a bit "dressy".
Not that I'd ever carry a handbag.
Don't you have a nikon? Are you sure you want to tote it around everywhere with your " purse gear"? If I remember from other thread you have 3 lenses and flash...just saying
The y all look great, it's personal taste. I have a mirrorless camera I slip in my purse with extra lenses regularly.

My wife only asks for my opinion when she wants to reduce her options. Whatever I pick gets taken off the list.
Yes I have a Nikon..I wouldnt carry it all the time but there are more times than not that when i go to some function I wish I would have brought my camera or brought my other lens but I dont have them because I dodnt want the hassle of another bag

Does anybody make a camera bag for guys (or ladies; I just can't get into that "gal" mode of thought) that looks like a set of saddlebags? Or an Army duffle bag? Or an old Army rucksack? And, no, thank you, I'll pass an an Alice pack (but not because of the name).

Debilou, Debilou, Debilou. Why would you do this? Just last night I emptied several prospects from my shopping cart after having (semi-)convinced myself that I did NOT need any more bags. I have at least three I have not yet used. And now the GAS pangs are getting pretty severe.
You have made three beautiful choices. But why limit yourself? Get a padded camera/lens insert and broaden your possibilities to
every bag large enough to accommodate the gear you wish to carry. Then, once you have the innards, just start buying totes. Totes, totes, totes. Leather totes. Canvas totes. Quilted totes. Straw totes. Whatever tote best fits the occasion. Just be sure their handles are strong enough to support the weight. And, either the insert you choose or the tote must have a closure that will not allow spillage. It's the best way to go!

It helps if it's made from rip-stop piano wire, chain mail, or Kevlar.

They make those padded inserts in various sizes. I'm sure you can find one to fit saddlebags or rucksacks . . . . And, I've never met you, but I'll bet chainmail is soooo YOU!

Aww..gee thanks guys!!! I will have to break out the chainmail
I have been looking at the inserts and consider doing that as well but a pretty bag is hard to pass up!
