Adobr Elements 12 reload

I had Elements 12 on my laptop and desktop. My desktop crashed and when it was restored I need too add Elements 12 again. Adobe won't let me because I've loaded it twice. I can find no way to communicate with Adobe or load it again. Anyone have any idea what I can do? I did find an outside source that will help but they want $47. Why? when I can buy the program for $69

When you originally loaded the program on your computers did you set up an Adobe User Account? If so log into your account and with the registration number of the program uninstall it from your desktop and then re install it.

Thanks, I do have a registered acct. with acct. No. but, I don't understand how to remove it from my unloaded desktop. I have the CD to reload it.

Is it the same computer you're trying to install it on now? Or a different one? If it's the same it "should" install without any problems. But...
