Hello fellow photoghers. I would love to be great at this but I am not that is why I am here to learn techniques the ins and the outs. I have a good set up. but it needs a more knowledgeable person behind it. I have a Nikon D7000 with Nikon sb speedlight. several lenses. My main interests our landscapes, animals and BIRDS. I am a big big bird hobbyist. I just love Nature and out doors.. I hope this place is as good as it seems. I can sure use all the information I can get. If ever I do something wrong please don't hesitate to inform me immediately. thanks Beverly or Mrsbee

Welcome to the forum, Beverly. We're all students here, and you will find amazing help from willing teachers. A couple of years ago I was where you are now, and one of the most valuable pieces of advice I received was to buy, read, and re-read Bryan Peterson's "Understanding Exposure." It has been a great help. You've made an excellent decision in joining this group. We all look forward to seeing your growth as a photographer. Jim
Hey I'm new as well my pictures aren't so great yet, but we're here to improve anyway aren't we?
mrsbee. You are off to a good start. We are all students. We can learn something every time we visit the forum. Glad you joined and WELCOME!

Welcome to UHH Beverly, glad you joined us. We are all here for the same reason, our love of photography and how to get better. The many knowledgeable and helpful members here help all of us do that. Enjoy the forum and have fun.
