I would recommend smugmug or zenfolio,
very similar both have excellent customer service..
I choise zenfolio, because at the time they used MPIX as their print lab, and smugmug used someone else.
I believe smugmug has now added mpix also

I viewed your website, Your work is excellent. Just curious where did you get the background you used for your cat shots with the tree stump, it's awesome. I'm getting into pet portraits and yours are fantastic.
Arnold-- Thanks for sharing your site. Absolutely STUNNING work I may add. Give me a lot of inspiration. Jeff

I just use blogger, but I'm not marketing my photography, I'm blogging about it (sharing what I've learned with others), it's also used to share photos of the kids with family, since we live so far away from everyone.
*Both mine and my hubby's families are back in Canada and we currently live in Texas, makes it hard for the kids grandparents to keep up with the coming and goings of their grandchildren so blogging helps bridge that gap.
if you have creative suit 3 does it have lightroom? if so, the slideshow optiona dn web gallarey are very easy to use and then you can upload to a server/web site.

You can easily create your own website by using Weebly.
It's fairly simple, with no knowledge of web design needed. You pick a template and then fill it in with words and images.
It's free!
http://www.weebly.com/You can start off by using the free web address they provide. When you want, you can purchase a domain name from Weebly, or buy a domain name from any registration company you want for about $10 a year. (1and1.com is a good one.)
And remember, Weebly is free ... no monthly hosting fee.

I put the website on hold last fall but now I'm ready to dive in. I'm curious about your comment that Weebly doesn't have a monthly hosting fee. I see a three tiered monthly fee schedule after the site is built. Is that for the domain name? It still looks really good but I just want to know if I'm missing something. Obviously I'm really a novice.
I'll write more tomorrow, since I'm going to bed right now.
In short, I've had my site on Weebly for two years and never paid a dime for it, except for the domain name, about $9.00 a year ... bought at 1and1.com
Have a look at some of the possibilities:
http://www.brainattackart.com/You won't find this exact template, as I've used different features to create the site .... some from Weebly, some from other sites.
