I would like to share a few pictures! I just got Lightroom so playing with the basic editing! I hope you like!
I corrected the the white in the background and sharpened the image
I smoothed the skins and brighten it a little
Changed it to B & W and sharpened the images.
Very nice work and beautiful pictures. Thanks for sharing them.

Great shots but I don't like the stark white background in No.1...
I think number two is a fantastic photo....but what's with the pupils???
I used a ring light to put a ring in the eyes.
Jan you did an excellent job and of course your models helped. they are beautiful young ladies....Rich
I like #1 & #2. But #3, while I like the pose and model, I don't like the conversion. It's too flat! too much gray & not enough contrast. it's probably a nice color picture, but soft light and soft colors don't always convert well to B&W. Just my humble opinion!

Interesting way to sit on a chair in the first one. Second one is a terrific portrait, I really like the lighting and crop in this one; spot on.
Good job on these portraits, Jan! I like #2 the best.
Thanks everyone for your comments! I feel like I'm finding my style of images I enjoy shooting. I still have lots to learn and your comments helps me to see what people like and things to consider. So I really appreciate your suggestions.
I like the #2 with Ring Catch-lighting - How many did you use?
Thanks

Beautiful! Wait till you become experienced with LR.
I used one! The model stand close to the ring and you shoot through the ring! I remember that you have to use a ISO setting of 800.
