They are a bait and switch site. You'll place an order then get an email asking you to call to confirm your order. You will then be told some crazy story depending on what you tried to order and they will then try and sell you a cheap repacement item. I would strongly suggest you stay away from this site.

I like to buy local and do much of the time but I have also used B & H, Adorama, Ritz and Porters, all reputable sites with great customer support.

Hunts is also very good always stop there when I go to Mass or NH. They have a great online store also.
