Hi Erv! Your photos are gorgeous! We have a little falcon here too and he's creating chaos trying to raid the other birds' nests! Maybe I can catch a pix of him sometime. You must live in a really quiet and secluded spot. Nice work!! :)

Thank you! Been out of town for a few days. Got to see my oldest son graduate.:) We did live in the country, but it is closing in on us pretty fast now. Use to have 400 acres behind the house, now it has houses on it. But I have 8 acres to play on.:):)

That's really nice! We're surrounded by corn and bean fields with few trees, cold and windy. NO fun. I miss our mini farm in southern Indiana. I had bluebirds living right out my back door. And congrats to you son too! Hope he has a great career, and life, ahead!! :) S.

He is on his way!!:):) What part of Indiana? I just learned I have been given a farm in Kewanna In. My grandfather and Uncle lived there. Spent many summers there playing. Some time this year I have to go over and look at it with the bankers. Still a lot of paper work to do for the will.

We're in Lafayette, where Purdue is. Just hate it. Looking to sell and move. I think Kewanna is way up north. I'm not sure. Sounds nice! Let me know if you would like to rent or sell it? We have horses and as I speak a neighbor is terrorizing them with fireworks or a gun, something. I'm in tears. Susan

I haven't been over to see the farm in years Susan. Dan always came to see us. But the last time I was there the house was a mess. But all the barns were in pretty good shape. He never got married, so the barns got cleaned.:):) I am going over as soon as everything gets put in place. I will take some pictures for you. I would like to keep the farm if I can and have someone farm it for me.

Of course, but we could rent/lease, the house and just space for two horses? SO need a safe place to live...but sure understand Erv. I do wish you all the best in whatever you do! :) And also, I'm sorry you've lost a loved one too. Our lives are so, so very short...
