We have plenty to lose !!
Our country is being eroded from within and we have to fight to get back to where we were.

OK, I will try to get her to visit me, and if she should I will let her know. LOL. We all want to get rid of the do-nothings in congress, but they just seem to know how to keep the wheels greased each time they come up for re-election.

My grandmother used to tell me, long after FDR was gone, that "our country has gone to hell" because of FDR. She never mentioned why she liked cashing that SS check each month.

I neither think that our country is being eroded from within nor that SS was bad for America. Consider that America, "she is a'changin with the changin times.

And, forget not, that those "eroding our country" were elected by us and were among us before they were elected. It is not a Demo/Repub, left/right, conservative/liberal thing. Think more that it is a, "We are America Thing" and nothing stays the same in America or elsewhere. We are all Americans.
