Wow! an experience of a life time. Watching the faces of the gorillas was so thrilling. They are incredible creatures, and seemingly peaceful!Thankyou so much for sharing..

Not alway peaceful. Depends on their "territory" and protecting their family. Like bears. Never get between a mother and her cubs. As I said before, notice he avoided eye contact. The guy knew what not to do. Could have turned ugly. Probably the greatest video I've ever seen. :thumbup:

Yes, there is quite a difference in chimp and gorilla behavior. For one, chimps hunt and eat monkeys. (Hope I didn't gross anyone out)

Yes, I noticed he stayed still. Have seen documentaries about this and was watching silverback's reaction to all. So interesting they are as a family. Thank you, again!

Unbelievable. breathtaking. I am crying it was so beautiful. Thank you! I had a similar experience with sharks, and while IN the experience, there is such a sense of awe and surrealism...your video made me feel that once again. THANKS!
