The deviants DIDNOT want the photographer to record their ceremony. They wanted to raise hell and make a stink and be ugly.

Who are the deviants?

How do you define/explain biological errors in terms of your God?

I've given considerable study time to the issue in question. A top notch attorney gave me a good piece of advise.

Once you have the facts that it is a gay couple and if you have a religious issue simply discuss it with the two of them. Let them know you have an issue with gays getting married, however, don't refuse service just let them know.
If they still want your services after they know you have an issue go ahead and do it. Don't get into a long discussion, no one is going to change the others position, simply state you have a religious issue.

It would be very rare that someone who was told of your position that they would want to move forward.

A private person can do what they want because they ar not in business.

I'm not entirely clear on the 'law' behind the court's decision but it appears to be biased towards a 'business' who refused service in violation of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. I wonder if there would have been grounds to sue if a non-business, private photographer who was approached to do a similar job but turned it down due to religious beliefs.

My definition clearly defines them where "gay" doesn't. Do you have a problem with that?

Yes I do have a problem with that! Do you have a problem if I call you a bigoted person whose fearful of sexuality and evolving society and anybody that's not like you?

So your saying an "evolving" society is good.

I beg to differ, not in all cases. Since the Supreme Court basically did away with school prayer what has happened to our schools? Funny that the very thing the Supreme Court did away with is something they still opening do at the beginning of a hearing ........

The very year school prayer was tossed was the beginning of our schools going to hell, yup, the very year ........ go look at the statistics.

Yes I think the evolving society is a good idea otherwise we would be living under King George or rather his successors. Rather than complaining about the Supreme Court which we would not have. Also I think you could do with a bit of evolving yourself as we all can.

So I don't agree so you go personal ...... nice

I've always found when one has nothing else of substance to state they go personal, so true, very sad

Did I touch a nerve? Hope I did! I didn't say I hated them as you suggest, but I don't accept their lifestyle. If it is in their genes maybe they should support science to locate that gene to modify it or correct it to become hetrosexual.

maybe you should support that research. It is you that wants the "problem solved" I'm quite happy with my sexuality. Also if you have no way to know what my "lifestyle" is. It's much more boring than you think.

While I fundamentaly agree with the decision......on the practical side.....who they heck would hire a photographer who didn't want to be there?

Your chances of getting the best product are greatly reduced..... not saying it would be intentional.

There are plenty of other photographers to choose from who might actually want to be involved.
