when I logged in there was a box that wants me to download "inboxviewer" my computer is saying this is bad!! do I need that to view any in box message's I get on this site? {not that I will get any}

I never down load anything I'm not sure of , especially if I don't no it's origin....

Run your anti-virus and anti-malware programs. The program that displayed the box is probably malware.
