Heavy Horses still working - Part II

I read in the rules that to repost the edited version of a photo which has received critique, I have to start a new thread, so this is it.
I have taken into account suggestions by DavidPine, Photog8, Heirloom Tomato, Globetrekker and Country's Mama, for which I thank you all. The image is now one of my very best and I will store it with the other two.
The guy holding the ropes is not in control, he just holds the ropes up, the horse on the right is steering, I know that because I whistled, she turned and all started heading towards me. I have no idea what the ground tool is.

Much better. Now all the attention is on the horses, right where it should be.

Wow, you really shaped that photo right up. It looks terrific now! Your subjects are standing out much more with nothing to distract from them. On download, it almost feels like I am right there looking at them.

I see it's starting to work, but I would not crop the left side and the right a little less, so the subject looks like it's moving into the scene. I tried it and it just seemed to have more impact!

I agree, this photo is much better, but would also like to see it cropped a little less on the left and right side. But still it is very nice as it is too. Well done.

I'd guess a harrow, although there isn't much to see.
It's a lovely image and zooming in to the horseman makes a study on its own.

damdannyboy is correct. The horses need some more room to move into. Otherwise, an excellent fix, I think.

The composition is great. Sharp focus and great color. The story is there. It was a good shot before and it is better now.

Nice sharp image of these beautiful horses, the color is right and the exposure is perfect. I noticed you chose motion blur for the bottom of their legs. I like that, but I would have liked it the other way too. The crop on this one was a good choice. I guess my only criticism would be is that I wish you had gotten more of an expression out of the guy holding their ropes. I would be so proud and excited to be holding the ropes of animals like those.
Also, did you notice the nice catchlight you caught in the horse's eye? The one way to the right? It really makes that horse's face come alive.

I never saw the catch light in the horses eye, yet it is there and that makes this image even better. Thanks for pointing that out, I will remember to look for things like that in the future.
