Strong composition and good exposure.

Bridge could be a bit sharper. Did you use a tripod with VR off?

I'd place the tower a bit more left using rule of thirds.

Yes I used a tripod with a 45 second exposure. The winds were gusting at about 45 to 55 MPH that night. I glag my Manfrotto 055Pro was heavy enough to stand it's ground with the wind. One of the lights were out but with a little PS work I got it working. The areas of the tower that look soft is because the patchy fog that was coming in. Thanks for all your comments everyone.

All I can say is "WOW", Luis. I have stood at that very spot in the daytime I didn't know the NRA was open at night. Do you know the hours it's open?

Not sure of the hours. I was there after dark and people were coming and going with no park rangers to be seen.
