I would like to have them but missing the aperture means they are damage and won't work on a metering Minolta body. WhT is the absolute minimum you will take with shipping to Texas

Yes, they won't work where you need the lever to be actuated by the camera itself, they work just fine on M4/3 bodies and mirrorless cameras.
I'd do $365.00 shipped to TX.
Note that not all of them (I believe) have the arms cut off; only the ones that interfered with mounting them on a speedbooster.
