I am 3 with part of my income from photography.

But must add that your definitions are wrong. It is education, not income that defines you as a pro or not pro.

I don't think that is correct actually. From an intellectual point of view
I agree but in the world of income, pros are paid and amatures are not. Money becomes the defining factor.
