A couple of minutes with Photoshop and your copyright logo can be removed, so why put it there in the first place..It"s a good capture of the bird but spoilt by having it so far to the right hand side, this doesn"t give room for the bird to move forward.Composition would be far better with the beak on centre line of the photo and body mass to the left.
