These are quite lovely. The top one, looks much like a female cowbird. These are beautiful shots.

The first one is a male brown-headed cowbird. The females are brownish gray all over. The males have their own iridescent beauty, but not a bird you want around. I just haven't figured out yet how to discourage them while encouraging the others.
