Trust me, The Ottawa River, Maumee River and Maumee Bay are dirty with mud. Yes Lake Erie does have blue water but not where I live and hang out. We call it the great Muddy River, Bay and Lake! It is very disgusting. In fact the one beach here at the local resort sometimes has green water. Not safe to swim! Oh yes the great Lake Erie!
