I am currently saving over $300 per month on a Platinum plan in California, seeing my same doctor with actually better benefits than the older expensive plan thanks to Obama Care. I could have saved substantially more, but wanted the higher level of benefits and copays.

1. You either don't work or don't make any money, therefore you are getting tax breaks to be getting a better premium.
2. Somebody else has to pay the difference. That will be those of us who made different choices early in life, got a good education with good or great paying job and now we have to pay for your bad decisions that you made earlier in life.
3. You are just 1 data point in a sea of millions who's insurance has either sky rocketed or been cancelled. So statistically speaking, you really don't count.

This is not what Nancy Pelosi said and is also a misquote taken out of context. Same is true of "Your company -- you didn't build that." Why do so many posters here stoop to such tactics? I realize that a lie repeated often enough becomes an accepted fact, but I would hope that on this site we wouldn't waste so much time and space discussing what are clearly lies.

I don't know where you have been hiding, but I heard her say exactly that and there was no question about context.
Remember: Only lies can support a liar for just so long. So it won't be long before the house of liberals implodes upon itself. But when it does, it will take a lot of effort to clean up the mess.
