Checking in to say hello. I don't recall how I came across this site but it had no doubt something to do with research into m4/3. I've read some of the information here and it's good stuff so I thought I would join. I live in the Pacific Northwest and have recently gone from a long time Canon APS-C user (20D and 7D) to micro 4/3 in hopes of lightening my back pack. Recently bought a OMD E-M1 and a good range of lenses. My whole kit now weighs less than my Canon 70-200 2.8. I hope to find other E-M1 users here, and other shooters in general, to learn and share discoveries with.
Welcome aboard, Totomojo,
I used to live in Sequim which is getting about as far NW as you can go by about 70 miles or so I guess. I think you will feel welcome here. I have learned a lot from others, some who really know their stuff. We are anxious to see some of your photos.

Glad to have you aboard Totomojo.
I'm from Sequim, live in Tacoma area now.
Thanks. Nice to be greeted so quickly. I been in/through Sequim numerous times and walked the Dungeness Spit. Lived in Kent and went to Tacoma frequently (Ruston Way, Point Defiance Zoo, Logger Museum). Hope to learn and contribute here.
Just got married at Pt Defiance Zoo! Welcome aboard!
Hi, Totomojo. I found this board a week or two ago, and it seems like a nice place.

Congratulations on the marriage.
I'm going to suggest to the camera club I'm in (Pilchuck Camera Club) that we come down this summer to one of the Lawn Bowls at the park there in Tacoma. I've been to one several years ago and found it interesting.
That would be sweet! I hiked Mt Pilchuck last Summer if was great!
