I am sure you can screw filters on to the front of your lens, but check the spec sheet or go online

Thats ok Irene, make sure it is a CIRCULAR polorizer as these are adjustable, will also help you with cloud detail and cutting through water reflections

plessner, not sure there were instructions. I used natural light from the window, but I would think lamp light would also work....they were shot in the morning.....and I used a large hand mirror (was available as used in other setups...lol) or a piece of cardboard or similar object would do, and moved it over the cd to create different colored pattern effects. Tried again with the use of a led flashlight and could not get any shots....too much light I guess. Have fun!

thanks will have to play with that one

Which camera? Some of them have filter adapters. I have filter adapters for my SX40/SX50 that accept 67mm filters.

Wow! I really like these. I don't have any of those effects with Elements. What program do you use?
Irenejb wrote:
I kept stacking the effects, starting with topography, then polished stone and ended with lights. Here is another with colored foil only. But I'm sure there is more I can do with these.......

Oh yes... I think you told me that before. It is a great program. I may download a free trial when things slow down ...which won't be until March! LOL!

Since I haven't picked up the camera in several months I spent the week trying to adjust the settings so I can take pics indoors without the flash. The heathens hate the flash lol. I finally figured it out. From oldest (4 yrs) to youngest (3 mos)

So much fun seeing the "Heathens" again!!!

Thanks Sher and others. I have been doing ok. I have good and bad days but I think it is getting better. Just never thought I'd feel all the things I feel and so forth. Again thanks. Trying to get myself back on track a day at a time. Ann
