D610 photo playback

I've just purchased Nikon D610 so still learning about the camera. One thing I am unable to find any info on in the manual is how to change the length of time the last photo taken displays on the LCD screen. The manual says it shows for 4 secs, however I find this time too short sometimes if I wish to have a really good look at it. Does anyone know how to change this setting to make it stay on longer? Thanks in advance.

There is no adjustment to this setting. The only option is to go into Playback mode.

I have a D200, so I'm not sure how things work with the D610, HOWEVER I can control how long the monitor stays on through Custom Settings C-5 - "monitor-off.

I think this is what you want. Custom settings menu. Go to C4 monitor off delay, and set playback time or image review time.

Once you get to C4, go to Image Review for a wide selection of available times for the image to stay on.
