Ok, what services exactly do you feel I do not deserve because of my life style? Do I not deserve to be at my partners bedside in the hospital, as you would be allowed if anything bad happened to yours?
News Flash, we gays already have access to all of those things. Nothing has ever stopped us from being Gay and claiming social security, medicare, or getting state funded medicaid or unemployment or now Affordable Health Care. The only thing I am denied is the very right to have my bedroom door shut off from public.
Your tax dollars are fighting progress. That is a the only waste that is happening.

I'm really confused. "with both spouses as biological parents." Wouldn't both females have eggs and no sperm, and both males have sperm and no egg? How do "quite a few cases of gay couples having children naturally". Yes go to a sperm bank, or have a surrogate‎, but that is not from their marriage. Isn't that called artificial insemination. Mother Nature dictates the inability of gays having children directly with each other.
Where in the anus is the uterus or egg placement, for the male on male connection, and/or in the spit is sperm for the females on female uniting to become pregnant?

Women can have fully functioning penises and men can have a fully functioning womb and ovaries. There are many happy gay couples parents to their biological children. Anti-gay marriage proposals are denying these children married parents and a stable family. I believe Joe Biden even said this was the defining civil rights issue of our generation.

Well I can see a third BS'er on this subject and going off half cocked! If you would have read the post it stated there have been many instances of gays having children naturally.
I can live with that. Not happy about late term abortions but that is what compromise is all about.

If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.
Leviticus 20:13
http://www.kingjamesbibleonline.org/Leviticus-20-13/thats even from king james not catholic version.
I love it when the Christian right pulls out Leviticus. According to the same book, eating ham is also an abomination, as well as shellfish. There is all kinds of evil stuff in the Old Testament that we would not tolerate in a modern society, like the rules covering infanticide (BTW, the rule one would expect--don't do it--is not in the rule book) polygamy, incest, genocide, infidelity, and on and on. And how about the she-bear that jumped out of the woods to kill some kids because they were teasing a prophet? God has a sense of humor, does he not?
Jesus was so outraged by homosexuality that he mentioned it not once in the New Testament.
The great thing about the Bible is that you can cherry pick one verse, take it out of context, and justify any bigotry that you want. Nice religion.

Hey liar, why are you trying to putting words in my mouth that I never said. Again if you read the post the party stated "there have been many instances of gays having children naturally".

No one is happy about late term abortions. Anyone who says they are is quite likely a very sick person.

Since you seem to equate fertility with marriage legitimacy I made a logical inference. It seems that your argument is a bit flawed?

You must have a short memory. Arizona Proposition 102, passed in 2008, was a constitutional amendment with this text: "Only a union of one man and one woman shall be valid or recognized as a marriage in this state."
Did you forget to vote that year?
