As a world traveler, I try to keep a camera ready at all times, including riding in boats, buses or just walking. I caught this shot of the girl in the red hat as her boat passed in the opposite direction from the tour boat in Cambodia. The color and her expression make this one of my best ever people pictures. I usually keep the camera in the "sports mode" to stop action, and get sharp pictures of moving objects as a result. Taken with a Sony DSC.

Wow...good reflexes on your part too.
I like this. Lots of colors and textures.
Good work, I can see why that is one of your favorites.
You got one of those special shots we always hope for when we go shooting. It's got that National Geographic look. Well done. All it needs is a frame.

Worth being proud of! Sometimes grabshots really work! Nice when they do...
Do you ever run into trouble selling your pieces because you can't get a release? Or does that not apply? I have had several glitches when a publication has wanted a photo of mine but I had not gotten a release so they wouldnt complete the transaction...very frustrating....

In response to your question, I am not a professional photographer, and any photos I put on-line are in the public domain and anyone is free to use them any way they want, including selling them I suppose. I take thousands of pictures and a few are worth showing off. I put them up on this site because I enjoy getting people's reactions.
