Early this morning a friend and I decided to launch the boat on the St John's River in Central Florida for the express purpose of trying to photograph some of Florida's finest. We had a ball and here is a sampling of what I was able to capture.

Great shots jwt, enjoyed them all, super series. Love the St. Johns, are you north or south of Orlando?

Thanks gregory, I appreciate you viewing and you comments as always. My location is about midway between Orlando and Daytona Beach. I can leave my house & have the boat launched and fishing within a half hour, including launch time. Lake Monroe is the closest lake to me and I can be there in 30 mins or less. Merry Christmas to you gregory and happy holidays.

Merry Christmas to you also jwt. I lived on a lake in Winter Park, and spent a lot of time up around the Astor area, and enjoyed the St Johns also spent time south around Kissimmee, beautiful river
