There is no problem being a liberal and there is no problem in being a conservative I am both on different issues, I do not listen with a closed mind to any of the moronic talk show trouble causing artists from either side nor read their propaganda, I study the issues and the people in charge of the processes and make my own decisions about them and their choices and I must say I rarely these days agree with any of them including our president who I did vote for, Obama care what a mistake you would think he would have seen this coming miles away, everyone else did. This in fighting needs to stop in congress it is doing nothing but hurting us and our country's reputation, and the president again does not have the balls to step up and use his powers to put an end to it. Change is needed all around, and we all need to stop calling each other names and be civil to each other as maybe we can show them how its done. Just one mans opinion.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, throw the bums out! I don't care which party they are, if we all refuse to reelect a single incumbent we'd clean house and maybe those representatives would start to represent us, instead of the deep pockets they all belong to now.

Obama was really disappointed when he went to see the movie "Men Who Stare at Goats". I guess he thought there would be romance.

And while you all carp about conservative-liberal crap, the corporations are buying away our democracy and parties mean nothing. Be ready to bow down to the corp of your choice....

There is a simple way to solve the problem, but too many Democrats and Republicans won't break party lines. If you really want to break the special interest hold on the politicians in DC, DON'T VOTE FOR ANY INCUMBENTS, PERIOD! If we flush the cess pool that is Washington DC once, perhaps those who assume those seats will realize who they work for, and be more beholding to the voters instead of the special interests. Do those of you who piss and moan about the corporate interests running this country have the balls to do what's needed, or will you keep voting in the Democrat or Republican you voted for the past god knows how many elections, who is the real root of the problem?

The only reason we have so many problems that politicians promise to solve to get elected, yet never seem to get solved, is because they want those problems ongoing to keep you on the hook. Wake up America, until we show the politicians of both parties who's boss, we'll all continue to suffer at the hands of our servants.

Gee, so you mean to say that the people you want won't make promises? You have got to be kidding me.

You are the one that made the statement about people making promises when running for office. So it seems that anybody running for office will make promises.

"promices that politicians make to solve problems to get elected". Your words not mine. You can't say that people you would have running for office won't make promises and probably just out right lie about the issues.

So you prefer the status quo? Just keep the crooks in office and everything will solve itself? Every time I start to think maybe you aren't an idiot, you make me question your intelligence again.

Oh and it's spelled "promises", not "promices".

You are correct, people are starting to see the light.
The Tea Party was the first salvo fired by the people but
somehow incorporated into the Republican party for some reason I did not quite get.
I think in the near future we will see more and more "throw all the rascals out" movements but before it actually happens we might see a worsening of times!
I think the guy who mentioned Robots (papayanirvana) has a point for a lot of the government duties that need to be performed......people are just not reliable....they all dip in the cookie jar! (civil servants...you know!)
I believe in the younger generation, us old guys are just good for stirring shit on UHH chit chat ....and supporting our kids.....when they behave ! lol
