so in photo analysis does the photo lie down on a couch and start talking about its childhood for $150.00 an hour?

Well I really love the simplicity of this web / chat site. I started reeling when Admin posted that because when something get too hard to understand my brain just goes into FREEZE MODE.

I split the Pictures section into two sections: Photo Gallery and Photo Analysis.
Photo Gallery is the old Pictures section. Everything stays the same.
The Photo Analysis section is described here:
http://www.uglyhedgehog.com/t-19061-1.htmlHi.. I just created a new topic "shoot the moon" in the main photography section that probably belongs in the "photo Analysis" section. I tried to see if there is a way I can move it, or delete and recreate it. I didn't see where to do that. Can you assist?
Thanks.

This is for young aspiring shooters, seasoned pros, MWAC's OFWAC's point and shooters, film, 35mm medium large format, aspiring shooters, shooters with "shooters block".
This is for the folks that want to gain experience, share experience, or seek experience.
Basically if you have a camera, or know someone who does, this place is for you. ENJOY and go SHOOT something.
I'm still using a brownie instamtic and sticking to it!
Well, I get the feeling that while this is a good idea it will not work as expected because few folks seem to NOT* understand what this section if for.
I have been checking it out quite a few times and I find mainly posts that do not respect the orientation of this section.
It is still a show and tell more than "I need someone to look at this and really give me an analysis, not wild comments".

We have a huge variety of experience and knowledge floating here. I feel there is room for all levels. I've been around the game for a while, and there is still a huge amount that is over my head. I'm glad for it.
If I knew it all, I'd be doing something else. We can all polish our marbles no matter how humble they might be. That is the way we move from ignorant to less ignorant. Gee, what an opportunity to ask "What the Hell does that mean." Don't know enough to even ask? Well, start singing the alphabet song of photography, everyone doing photography did in their beginning days.
Where else does a person have such personalized tutoring in his grasp. In our efforts we might run into the rare instance of implied derision. Well, we live in a human kitchen and it happens everywhere. Get used to the heat if necessary. I just learned something about using Photo Shop tonight in that new section. I don't understand everything I run across or runs over me. But, when it sticks, I've won another inning among the many not so won ones. Won, ones? Nuts.
