Yeah I watched my barley 3-year old grandson using his dads tablet with as much expertise as an adult. It was scroll, scroll, tap, tap, tap, scroll, scroll, tap.... you get the idea. It's nuts how fast they adapt to electronic devices.

It is no wonder several states are thinking of dropping the requirement that children need to learn cursive writing.

Such a stupid plan! There will always be a need for legible handwriting!

Do you remember some years back when they thought of doing away with having to do manual math calculating since electronic calculators became so common place?

I love it when I can hand them the odd bit of change and wait to see how confused they get. Unfortunately that's the highlight of my week sometimes......That and asking the little metal thing that pops out the window at Burger King how many rings he has and how long does it take to get them all in. How odd are those folks gonna look when they turn eighty???

I had an experience back when I owned my tv repair shop. There was a McDonald's directly across the street and they had some sort of power surge that took out all of their monitors. The poor manager came to me almost in tears because he said that of all of his employees, only one could count out change. Fortunately I had one myself that worked and had the proper connector on it. I loaned it to him while I repaired his. What a mess!

They will probably look real odd with their shriveled up Foo Fighter tattoos. Lol.

It is funny because I do not even text. I have a very basic cell phone myself but I am learning how to use all of these smartphones by default. People see me walking about with my camera and they ask me to take a picture of them using their phones. Pretty interesting actually. That Galaxy takes some real sweet photos I must say.

I think you are right. I can imagine that in a few years that there will be no more high schools sports because there will not be enough kids left that will know how to play a sport without having to use a controller. Lol.
