Thanks jeep I was about 8 ft away I used some food colouring but got most of the effects from using coloured backgrounds and bouncing flash off them

There are two sites to look at for electronic capture of liquids:
Cognisys.com & bmumford.com Both of these are very good devices. Don

Thanks DB this is my first attempt so I'm no expert but I just made a set up using fit tank bits with a tap to control the drips I will try and post a pic for you I then attached it to a tripod and placed over a tray of water I put different coloured backgrounds behind the tray and pointed my flash at them my setting where 1/250, ISO 100, f/8 and manual focus. Hope this helps
