No offense meant just some advice.
Unless the child is yours or a family members , If not did you have permission to take or use this photo here?
If not you may be opening your self up to a major lawsuit by the parents.
Cute as it may be and a excellent photo, there are way to many sicko perverts out here already and they lurk everywhere.
If this were my child and I did not give permission to use , I'd be after you with a passion for posting it .

As it is, it's a lovely picture. It has a depth to it, it is a busy picture but has a strong focal point.
Wish I had taken it! (The UK is the same as US. We have to be 'wary' of uncertain undesirables. I don't like the present attitude that if you are taking pictures of kids, you are up yo no good!) Must put it all down to progress!

In that sense, dooragdragon may be right. It certainly is a shame that the public has to think like this. Kids playing in a park are absolutely perfect for shooting. But, the way things are today, i steer totally clear of parks, etc. For sure i don't need the liability.

doragdreagon, I can tell you for a Fact in the state of PA, it is Not against the law to photograph or video tape anyone, except if you sell the image and make a profit on it! Just because someone takes a photo of a child, today we have been brain washed into believing the person is a pervert. Yes there a people that this may be true of, but the hysteria in this country is just unbelievable??

Yes people react ,as pedophiles are everywhere now.
Just recently the athletic director at a local high school was arrested in a undercover sting for attempting to have sex with a 14 year old girl via the internet.
Better to be safe then sorry in my book , no matter how cute the photo may be , if their under 18 years of age they are off limits.
