I shot these last night out my front yard. I had wanted to try to reshoot the moon, but was rewarded with this view instead.

Excellent! Thanks for sharing these.
Awesome color catch, must have been soemthing to watch.
Great Photos. Keep up the nice work.
Your images are beautiful. I especially like the second one because of the colors you were able to capture. Great timing. Did you capture any moon shots or were you satisfied with these beauties?

Both outstanding! #2 is amazing.
They are both stunning photos! Thanks
Thank you everyone. It was God's work I just pushed the shutter. The colors were amazing.
Both are really nice, I like #1 the best though. Always been partial to silhouette type pictures.

That one was my favorite also, though the majority seem to like #2 best.
We had the same view of the sunset here in southern OHIO. I also shot the rainbow that was there. Was so excited I ran back into the house to show my wife, and fell down the basement stairs. Saved the camera, but have some big brusing on my Butt. I found out that I don't bounce as well as I did when I was younger. OUCH!
These are both great captures. Not to diminish the beauty of your second image, I find your first image unique and absolutely stunning!
Both are striking but I like 1 the best because it keeps my attention to the center of the photo.
