Hi All,

I am looking at purchasing a Nikon body and lens from KEH. It is in "excellent +" condition. Both are used products that come with a 14 day no hassle return policy and a 6 month warranty that is upgradable.
Does anybody have any experience with them? Should I buy or stay away?

Thanks as always.

Mike

KEH has a great reputation. I've had a lot of dealing with them and never a problem. Always someone willing to help you with very good advice.

The gear I have bought from them was always a little to a lot better than I expected. The bargain rated stuff was the most surprisingly good.

Buy. Just know upfront if you're not satisfied (not likely), you'll pay return shipping.

Never heard anything bad about them.

I would agree. The bargain table there has better quality than most adv. things on Craig's list. I bought a bargain camera from them about two years ago and it is still going after about ten thousand pics.

A recent thread reinforces my experience with them:

Asking for forgiveness is always better than asking permission when it comes to camera gear.
(Now I just need to heed my own advice and buy the Fuji x100s I really want!)

KEH, Adorama and B&H are the gold standard for me. Never a problem with any of them, and their prices are OK.

I would suppose you think everyone knows who KEH is.

Right on the button with your usual curt reply. Out of curiosity I went through some of your previous replies to posters and you always seem to be dismissive and sarcastic. One wonders why.
