How unusual. This should be a proud cat to have such a nose. Lovely shot.
Thank you James! I love pets, too! Over the years of raising two boys we had dogs, cats, hamster, turtle, and even a snake they found in the woods! LOL
LOL Thanks Mick! I've heard a lot about his "perfect" nose on here! I just didn't realize it was that unusual. He's a strange kitty...given to the SPCA by someone who said he didn't like their other cat. I've found him to be very friendly with other cats and dogs! But he does have a biting problem and I have the scars to prove it!
I, too, have an Oreo with green eyes. She will be 10 years old in February. Her distinctive feature is that the little leathery bumps on the lower front legs are different colors. Black on one leg and pink on the other. So nice to find more wise cat people!
I'd love to see a picture of your Oreo, dharlan! Our Oreo is only 2 years old, but he weighs 19lbs! A big boy! And all we feed him is dry food! He also has a "sensitive stomach" and burps a lot. I'm wondering if this could be something that occurs in black and white cats since none of our other cats ever got so heavy or had digestive problems (black one, gray one, and orange one!).

Lovely cat, lovely picture.
Love his pale jade eyes. What a pretty cat.
Thank you so much, nairiam!
Thank you Heirloom Tomato...and Oreo says, "Meeooow!" (That's thank you in kitty talk! :)

I'm not a cat guy, but your cat is beautiful; allergic to cats, so that is probably the reason I shy away from them.
On the other hand, my Oreo is a midget. Weighs barely 7.5#, eats delicately and fortunately is in great health. She is first generation out of the wild, so she is definitely a survivor. I'm new here, not too sure how to send a picture, but will give it a try.
