Hi 3ish...welcome to the hog. Hang in there. One thing at a time. LOL. Start by asking the most pressing question, you will get many, many answers and then go on to the next. What camera do you use, what do you like to shoot...these are some of the things we need to know to help you better. Your first post is nicely composed, the focus is right on, but, if you had either a shadow to one cheek or a highlight to one cheek the picture would have a dimension to it.
I would say a very good start.....
