One question- is the building on the National Register of Historic Buildings? If so, that registration may give access?
I dont think it is. The Building is on the school Campus. So there is no access especially in today's environment.
Well that happened to me when I was taking photo's of a unmarked Fed. building , I explained to him that I just came D.C. with a thousand pic's of fed buildings and no body said a thing to me. Besides that I can sit in front of the t.V. and shoot Fed bldg. all day long and you can hardly tell the difference, OH well. that is the way it goes.
