greetings just to be clear I am not the photographer of this shot but as a Vietnam vet it is one of the memorial I greatly admire as far as I know it is not copyrighted it was sent to me and it is one I will continue to use until the photographer raises an objection.

This is a stunning and very emotional image(to us Viet Vets anyway). I think you should give credit to the photographer who actually created it, if you know who he/she is.
