Very good photo! I prefer the color version, the b/w version for me does not come through as well for telling a moment in time.

I think we can all relate to the feeling of this scene.
A suggested title: "9-11-2013"
Back in the late 60's when I worked in New York, I would occasionally go down to the work site as the Twin Towers were being constructed. It was an awesome sight to witness. Now it is so refreshing to see New York's response to the tragedy of 9/11 with this gleaming structure on its way up. We do get ourselves backup and move ahead, while remembering those who lost their lives on that horrible day. Your photo tells me this story.
