Thank you for your comment Judy. The horse pull is a show of strength and determination and endurance; I wrote the following a year or so ago about it:
The Horse Pull
old friends meet and greet
crowds gather around the field
to watch the horse pull
pulling together
feat of strength and endurance
several thousand pounds
huge hooves biting dirt
both resolved to do their best
heavy loads are pulled
harnessed workhorses
patiently await their turn
hitched to the post fence

We have gone to several Country fairs where there were horse pulls...One I remember was in Vt. -it was a rag tag team and owner-by gosh, he cheered ,yelled and those horses out pulled all the fancy rigs. He was so happy-he fed them dollar bills! Twas quite a specticale!

Don't know how many of you check on Annette's Caring Bridge site. Here's her posting from earlier today:
The Dr. has called with the results from the radiologists findings. The chemo is not working. The tumors in the lungs did not respond and got bigger again. This time it was only about 1 to 1 1/2 cm and at least not 4 cm but they did get bigger. I also have one in the brain that got bigger. This might explain my headaches and the falling asleep when I sit in a chair all the time. So, now an MRI had been scheduled for tomorrow and then the appointment with the Dr at 11:00. By then my oncologist here
and my oncologist at Mayo should have had a conference call and come up with a new plan. I'll continued to keep you all
posted.
Thanks for your continued support... I really appreciate it. It means so much to me. I wish I could bottle it and take a swig every now and then.
Keeping her in our UHH prayer circle.

Hi, RR! I was hoping to post before you sign off. Once again, great challenge! Here are a few I took today ~ fresh out of the camera! Nothing great, but it qualifies for this challenge. ;)
Been liking all your pictures of these flowers Bill. #1 here is my favorite.

Hi Marj, welcome back. Really like your shots...don't forget that I was raised on the water and barnacles were an everyday thing back then
Thanks RR. We are both water babies even though I was born in Idaho. LOL!

I enjoyed the ferry boats when we visited Seattle when our son was in the Navy.
You need to try it again soon. The ferry system to the islands is so much fun. Brainbridge is a very short trip but Friday Harbor is over two hours as I remember.
MG...Thanks for dropping by and posring..it was worth the wait...
THANK YOU all for participating and showing your great photos..Love it....Jim
Still swimming behind you, Annette. I am so disappointed that you had to hear that news, but I continue to pray for wisdom and revelation to overshadow your medical team!
