i've lived in Washington all my life, and it has some truly beautiful places. but i won't retire here... it's much too expensive! fortunately, i only have to move one state south to find both affordable living AND some of the most gorgeous scenery to be had...
Cannon Beach
Cape Arago
Elowah Falls
Cape Blanco
Cannon Beach from Ecola Point
Crater Lake - this is a 5-shot pano taken with a 17mm lens!
Really nice photos. Makes me want to go back up there (it's been about 20 years).

nice pix, all of them. I also live in Oregone, and though I've seen those scenes before, it's always nice to see sum1 capture them so well.

Beautiful photographs Squirrel.
Someday I hope to have your talent. Oh, and be somewhere to take such beautiful photos.
Home for me and you captured it so well................
GREAT Shots love them all i would love to shot a lighthouse
Oregon is a good state to capture pictures. Your photos are great. I really like the waterfall.
Oregon has a wide variety of terrain to shoot. I got Crater Lake with a lot of snow still there in May. Also got more interesting shots in Eastern Oregon I'll post if you are interested.
I especially like the second Cannon Beach picture. The clouds couldn't have cooperated any better, the tide is at a perfect point and the colors are sensational. Nice, nice, nice!

Wow, they are great. Love everything except the lighthouse. I think the lighthouse has been way over used over the years - nothing personal.
