This is a rare awesome shot...you must have been inside the park! I know tourists who keep coming back to see Denali because often in the summer you will never see it. This year with our "heat wave"..(80's) its been more visible than ever...

Great to see you still have regular posters Eskiles, I look in every now and again just to keep up, glad your still enjoying ours, particularly like the photo of the sandhill cranes with the white snow covered mountains behind them, thats a beauty.

Strange...small world in a way...Palmer Raceway is still there...back in the 50's my father helped to create that raceway... he worked the big equipment bulldozing and whatever else it took to build it...he was always proud of that...
