I just made a deal with my landlord to refund some of my rent over the next eight months as compensation for the crap I've gone through over the last two and a half years from his other renters.Some of you know that they have threatened my life on more than one occation.
They were smoking pot in the house for the last 3 nights while he's playing security guard at a new housing tract that he's supervising the construction of.I'am the only one with permission from him and a certification from the state who's allowed to partake in my room with the fan blowing out the window as he's an X smoker.A police officer friend of his said I can't loose my certification but I have my doubts about that.Anyway this gives me control to send them away as they won't be able to pass a brethalizer test and I informed him that I would the next time or if I see him going back on our agreement.The resulting bail would cost him thousands so I'm now feeling much better and am making plans to get back to Oahu by April 5th,2014.
With bad credit I can only borrow about $1,000.00 and am still selling my D7000 system which is at $1,400.00 for $2,800.00 worth of equipment in perfect condition.Anyone interested please PM me.
