If you have adobe elements you can follow in their menu. It's all basicly presets. However if you are using CS it's a little more complicated but you have more control. I suggest you google out of bounds effect. Thanks for looking and commenting Carl.

Sorry but I did post to google "out of bounds effect in photoshop" and followed the tutorial. I did it in CS 6 using layers. If you have adobe elements I'm told they have a follow along in the program. You can google it if you like. I don't know if it can be done in other photo software. Thanks for you response.
