Clearly, you have not read my posts. Either that, or reading comprehension is truly a problem (which is more likely). I find it humorous that you have finally come to realize that I was right, and now argue that it is I that does not understand the issue.

Stubbornness and pigheadedness are not virtues. Ignorance and blindness to reality will do more to harm you and your world than anything else. Don't take any more pictures - you don't have the time. Read a book. Learn something. Try to understand where it is that you live, and how it is that you have come to be so ignorant. Perhaps, after you have meditated upon your own failures, you can help others.

This is my last attempt to wise you up, not that I truly give a tinkers damn about you, but I hate seeing stupidity go unchallenged.

Answer me this, if I hand you a $100 bill and a $5 bill, and ask you to give the $100 bill to that homeless guy on the corner and you can keep the $5 bill for your efforts. Who in your mind is giving the homeless guy that C-Note? You, just because you physically hand it to him at my request? No it was me who gave it to him, you were simply the courier who delivered it, and you were paid for your effort. How can you look at that transaction and believe that I had no part of it? It's the same with the government, they collect money from people like me, and through a middle man give free phones and minutes of service to someone else. Now listen closely, 'cause this is the important part...
THE GOVERNMENT IS GIVING AWAY FREE PHONES AND SERVICE! Now did that get through this time?

I'll give you one thing Gnslngr, (and it won't be any money) you are a truly brain damaged individual if you honestly still believe all this crap you're posting. Do you honestly believe in that anencephalic head of yours, that those companies would hand out those phones if they weren't being paid by the government to do so? I love how you've now changed your tune from claiming that there were no free phones or service, only discounted phones and subsidized bills, to saying "see it's those companies who give away free phones, not the government."

You claim you're not a Democrat, well maybe not, but you're clearly still a liberal who can't see the truth when it slaps you in the face. Therefore you must resort to name calling, belittlement, and semantic games to try desperately to hang on to any shred of dignity, you think you have. The rest of us laugh at your pitiful, elementary school antics, and how adept you are at being a fool.

There I'm done, take your best shot Gnslngr, I'm hanging up my guns. I'll waste no more of my time trying to enlighten someone who is clearly incapable of learning. A mind is like a parachute, it works best when opened, and yours was clearly packed wrong.

To the rest of you, good luck with this knucklehead, I'm sure he'll try to convince the rest of you of his superior intellect, how he won this battle of wits since I refuse to engage him any further, while we will all know the truth that he's only fooling himself. He can at least go on living in his own little world, and that's okay, they know him there. Oh and while I did my best not to sink to his level of name calling, I couldn't resist a few nice digs!

No Penny unfortunately, he's as serious as a heart attack. He and Gnslngr here are two peas in a pod. Two of a kind who live in in a made up world where fact and reason have no effect on their ideology. I'm finding that trying to enlighten them is as pointless as a bald hedgehog.

I don't know for certain whats going on with the phone deal, but somthing I do know for certain is some government organization sent me a cellphone in the mail. I thought I had forgot about some camera item I had ordered. To my surprise it was a cell phone, my wife and I both have cell phones. It hung around the house for a bit and I think/hope my wife stuck it back in the mail.

My god I hate arguing with a moron. Let me try to teach you a simple lesson:

When you go to a wireless company for service, they often offer you a free or discounted phone in order to get your monthly business. The companies you mention give away phones in order to get the stipend given to the poor by the government. The phone company completely controls what kind of phone they give away, who they give it to, and for how long. The phone company can refuse to give a person a phone and that person would have no recourse, especially with the government. The government has no say in the type of phone, the length of ownership, or the identity if the person it is given to. The government cannot initiate the company's gift nor can it stop the give-away. The government does not force the phone company to give the phone away, nor can it. The government stipend is the same amount whether the person has gotten a free phone from the company or not.

Sounds to me like the phones are given by the companies, not the government, to reap a profit off of the Reagan initiated subsidy by getting it from the people it is given to (who, by the way, are free to give it to whatever company they choose - even ones who do not give away free phones). The government does not give away phones.

That's as simple as I can make it for tiny-brained people. Hope it works.

Oh, yea. You're welcome - again.

Please point out to me where I said anything other than the government does not hand out free phones and please tell me where I stated there was no free service.

The arrogance of your absolute stupidity is astounding. It is why this country is in the shape it is in.

But worn proudly by all leftist nut job, actually it's in their DNA!

"Ignorance and blindness to reality will do more to harm you and your world than anything else."

Oblame-O is our god, he can do no wrong! Pick any one of them, they only care that they stay in power.

In truth they are RACIST and Fascists but accuse every one else of their their beliefs, therefor making themselves look so pure!

Yes, because he exposed ACORN the left has cast their aspersions of "he is not a real journalist and is never to be trusted has having reported anything factual..." What BS! And if you don't think that the Obamaphone program is scandalous then I have way over estimated your intellect!

Give a bunch of losers free cell phones and you can assure yourself of repeatedly getting their votes, give them 2 or 3 and you are golden.

While I appreciate the kudos I find that arguing with Gnslngr is like wrestling with a pig in the mud. After awhile you realize that the pig enjoys it and you're just getting dirty. The problem is that he has an ideology and no amount of fact or reason that contradicts his precious little world view will change his point of view. You could show him a red ball and if he thinks it's blue he will argue the point till he's blue in the face because he hasn't the intellectual honesty to admit he's been wrong, or hanging on a technicality.

If you noticed in his last reply he now points out that it's those wireless companies that give away the free phones, not the government. But the government collects the money, and pays for the phones and the air time to the companies that actually do the paperwork and physically hand out the phones. In that vacuum between those ears he honestly believes that despite the government mandating the collection of that money from those of us who pay for our services, and then funnels our money through these wireless companies to the low income subscribers that it's not the government giving away the phones it's those companies. Only someone with a room temperature IQ can look at that and deny that it's the government paying the bills, not those wireless companies, hell they're making their money off of us too just for handing them out.

Heyrob, you may well recall that not all that long ago, we had a president that couldn't answer a question without first parsing it to death. Remember, ".........That all depends on what the meaning of the word 'is' is......" He too thought he was slick. But the blue dress did him in. But, you are right, at some point, you recognize that the "challenge" wasn't really a challenge after all, and more entertaining for him than for you. At any rate, thanks. You done good, son. Have a good weekend and beat the heat.

Go figure. But NOBODY's giving away free fones and the abuse is pushing $1billion a year. And there are those who will argue that it just ain't so. Like there is Ny shot that it will change. I have been writing my Senators to ask what they are doing to try to end this abuse. Not one response yet. Repulsive.

It's all about votes.

There credo is:

We'll steal from the tax payer and give to the non-tax payer. AND once there are no more payers, all will stop. But it will be too late because we'll be the "in's" and they will have nothing.
